At CG Yoga and Well Being, our mission is to promote holistic health and self-care through yoga and sound meditation. We believe that taking time for yourself is essential for a balanced life.

CG Yoga & Well-Being was founded by Chrissie, a qualified primary school teacher with over 15 years of experience supporting children and families. Her passion for the positive impact of mindfulness and movement led her to train in Vinyasa Yoga, where she now guides adults through uplifting, flowing practices that build strength and calm.
Drawing on her teaching background, Chrissie also loves bringing yoga to children and families through fun, engaging sessions in schools. Alongside her yoga work, she offers restorative sound baths and is passionate about the transformative, soothing power of sound.
